Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III - Radiant

About the role

The Epic Clinical Systems Analyst III plays a crucial role in ensuring that the operational needs of various functional areas within the Information Systems Department are met. This position focuses on supporting the Epic Clinical applications deployed across the Harris Health System.

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems Department
• Ensures that the operational interests of respective functional areas are represented in Epic Clinical applications
• Works closely with other IT teams and departments to integrate and optimize Epic Clinical systems
• Provides hands-on support for Epic Clinical projects and initiatives
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Resolves integrated process issues and recommends process improvements based on industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT experience in a Healthcare environment
• At least 5+ years of IT experience within Healthcare environments
• At least 3 years of experience in Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis
• Special Requirements:
• Bilingual skills required
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and meet overlapping deadlines

Qualifications

• Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in an Information Systems / Clinical Informatics related field or 4 years of related IT/Clinical experience in a Healthcare environment
• Certification for at least one Epic Clinical Application
