REMOTE Epic Certified Professional Billing Analyst W2 Serve as an Epic Certified Professional Billing (PB) Analyst supporting a dynamic Epic environment Utilize Epic Resolute PB and/or PB Claims certification and hands-on build expertise Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to Epic PB systems Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient PB system operations Participate in go-lives, including travel as needed across the West Coast Maintain detail-oriented and proactive approach in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Communicate effectively and provide analytical, solution-focused support Adhere to assignment exclusivity (no concurrent roles allowed) Preferred Responsibilities/Experience Support large or complex Epic environments, especially for FQHC/community health organizations Contribute to Epic implementations, go-lives, or installations
