EPIC CERTIFIED INPATIENT CLINICAL CONTENT BUILD SOLUTIONS ANALYST

About the role

The Epic Inpatient Solutions Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting OCHIN's mission by configuring and supporting Epic clinical acute applications. This position focuses on optimizing clinical decision support and improving patient care through accurate, secure, and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues using critical thinking and advanced technical skills.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst, with 2 years in Epic application build.
• Epic certifications in Epic ClinDoc and Inpatient Orders. Epic certification in Stork is desired.
• Strong build experience supporting clinical foundation build and optimization of workflows.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users.
• Consistently acts with integrity and accountability.
• Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview. This assessment helps us understand fit and set you up for success.
