About the role
Epic Certified Health Information Management (HIM) Senior Analyst - Help drive business transformation for leading organizations and communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
- Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
- Coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
- Support the teams working on other applications.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Epic Certified Health Information Management (HIM) Senior Analyst including experience in managing applications, with a strong background in managing day to day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams.
- Current Epic HIM Certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.

- Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
Schedule
- Hourly salary range: $48.00 to $55.00.
