Epic Care Companion Analyst

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Care Companion Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension. Responsibilities Build, configure, and implement Epic Care Companion care plans and patient programsConfigure patient-entered data collection including questionnaires and flowsheetsDesign and support patient outreach workflows within MyChartAnalyze clinical workflows and configure how patient-entered responses route back to care teamsTest, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Care Companion and MyChart buildProvide go-live and post-live support, resolving end-user issues and refining configuration Requirements Epic MyChart certification with strong build experienceDirect Care Companion build and implementation experienceExperience with patient-entered data, questionnaires, flowsheets, and patient outreachUnderstanding of clinical workflows and how patient responses route back to care teamsExperience with testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and go-live supportEpic Healthy Planet or population health experience preferred Healthcare IT Leaders is a national leader in IT workforce solutions, connecting healthcare provider, payer and life sciences organizations with experienced technology talent for consulting and full-time hiring.
