About the role

HPG is seeking a seasoned Epic Beacon Analyst/Consultant for an immediate project focused on the build and optimization of Oncology Research Protocols. This role involves collaborating with clinical and IT teams to design, build, test, and optimize Epic Beacon solutions that enhance oncology research workflows and support high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians, researchers, and IT leaders to design and build Epic Beacon solutions.
• Optimize Epic Beacon to improve oncology research workflows.
• Integrate Epic solutions with clinical and hospital workflows.
• Test and refine Epic Beacon implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Epic Beacon build experience.
• Experience building Oncology Research Protocols.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional clinical and technical teams.
• Strong operational expertise with Epic applications.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative consulting environment.
