Epic Beacon Analyst

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Epic Beacon implementations, ensuring that all requirements are accurately analyzed and documented. This includes creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), paper mock-ups, flowcharts, and project schedules. The role also involves facilitating validation sessions and guiding the development process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from clinical end users and other clinical stakeholders
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Create paper mock-ups and flowcharts
• Create project schedules
• Facilitate validation sessions
• Guide the development process
• Assume ownership of projects and lead them
• Create guidance where there isn't any
• Influence the direction of projects if necessary

Requirements

• Epic implementation experience
• Active Epic Certification for the current version
• Background in clinical healthcare technologies

Qualifications

• Strong background in clinical healthcare technologies and processes

Skills

• Strong written and spoken language skills
