Epic Analyst - Optime Anesthesia

Your Mission
As our next Epic Analyst – Optime Anesthesia, you will serve as a key contributor to our application support and delivery function. Reporting to the Application Manager, you will provide intermediate-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of these systems, while applying your growing expertise in systems analysis and project delivery. You will also bring strong project management knowledge, including the ability to participate in and help lead project planning sessions, define goals and milestones, and support the development of project procedures. You will contribute to managing projects of varying complexity and collaborate closely with project leaders to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Support project planning activities by helping establish project goals, milestones, and timelines while assisting with multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Collaborate with project leads, operational teams, and leadership to support optimization efforts and contribute to future-state perioperative workflows and initiatives.
- Participate in application support and project implementation efforts, ensuring consistency, quality, and effective ongoing support of Epic applications.

Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare information technology, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Certifications
- Epic OpTime Certification required.
- Epic Anesthesia Certification required.
Proven Track Record
Must have 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or related industry.
Physical Readiness
Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for long periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force.
Travel Requirements
Up to 25% (this includes ‘go-live’ implementations)
