Key Responsibilities
- Support Epic implementation, optimization, and/or upgrade initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Build, test, and validate Epic system configurations
- Participate in workflow design, system design, and integration discussions
- Support testing efforts including unit, system, and integrated testing
- Assist with go-live planning, support, and post-go-live stabilization
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
Required Qualifications
- Current Epic Certification (any module required)
- At least one full end-to-end Epic implementation experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic system functionality
- Experience with build, testing, and go-live support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% as needed
