Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Analyst

Requirements
- Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
- Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred
- Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred
- Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred
- Experience designing, building, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic functionality
- Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Able to translate complex clinical or operational requests into practical technical solutions
