EPC Project Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a EPC Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead complex electric utility projects with a strong focus on engineering design, client delivery, and project execution. You will oversee cost, schedule, scope, and contract performance across electrical infrastructure work nationwide. The position requires close collaboration with engineering teams, internal leaders, and client stakeholders to keep projects on track and resolve issues proactively. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams for engineering design of electrical infrastructure projects nationwide
• Oversee overall project performance and manage strategic client relationships
• Control project costs, schedules, and scopes, developing recovery plans as needed
• Interface with clients and internal management to address issues and report progress
• Ensure contract compliance throughout all project phases
• Coordinate with diverse engineering teams to meet client deliverables
• Prepare bid documents and respond to requests for proposals

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the electric power industry and its business issues
• 4+ years of project experience with US electric utilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Workfront and Pro Core
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of project financial performance and change management
• Remote candidates must be US-based, with periodic travel requirements

Pay

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
