Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in meetings and generate meeting minutes.
- Set up meetings using Microsoft Teams.
- Order lunch for client meetings.
- Prepare multiple status reports weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly.
- Aid in obtaining weekly schedule updates and assist in ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain all communication and tracking tools such as Action Items, Requests for Information, Decisions, Deviation Notices, and Change Orders.
- Act as a point of contact as necessary for clients, vendors, contractors, and Burrow Global employees.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced MS Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is preferred.
Education And Experience
- An associates degree is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role in the EPC industry is desired.
