The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is seeking a part-time receptionist to join their team. Ideal hours are 9am-5:30pm every other weekend. The pay range for this hourly position is $16.37 to $19.45, with the actual rate depending on factors like FTE, skills, knowledge, education, experience, and market conditions. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Welcome guests
- Aid guests with inquiries
- Direct questions to appropriate departments
- Provide guests and residents with directions
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask different responsibilities
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
