Environmental Services Worker | Environmental Services | 3rd Shift

Assigned work hours will fall within the following shifts: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

Location: 1600 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida 32610.

About the role

The Environmental Services Worker cleans and services building areas according to established procedures. Moves furniture and supplies within the hospital and performs a variety of Environmental Services duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• No previous hospital or health care housekeeping experience is necessary; the worker will complete the department’s training to meet the minimum requirements of the job by the end of the probationary period.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose.
