Location: 1600 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, Florida 32610

The Environmental Services Worker cleans and services building areas according to established procedures. Moves furniture and supplies within the hospital and performs a variety of Environmental Services duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture and supplies within the hospital.
• Perform a variety of Environmental Services duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• No prior hospital or health‑care housekeeping experience required; must complete department training during the probationary period.
• Motor Vehicle Operator Designation – employees in this position will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose.

Second Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm.
