Environmental Services Utility Worker

About the role

The role involves managing the utility systems and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of water, sewer, and electrical systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to utility services.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare reports and logs regarding utility system performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in utility maintenance or similar field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.

Skills

• Knowledge of utility systems and maintenance procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• First aid certification preferred.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
