About the role
The role involves managing the utility systems and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of water, sewer, and electrical systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to utility services.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare reports and logs regarding utility system performance and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience in utility maintenance or similar field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
Skills
- Knowledge of utility systems and maintenance procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- First aid certification preferred.

Pay
$18.50 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
