Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced second shift Environmental Services Technician to join our team full-time. This position involves working some weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional quality, reliability, and the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and the public. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks following Taylor's standards, including wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting (both high and low surfaces), polishing, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Absorb and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Engage closely with residents.
- Receive training to support individuals with dementia.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
- A clear driver's license.
Total Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate in the Lakes area.
