Environmental Services Technician

This posting is for a Full-Time, Evening Schedule position with workdays on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday to Thursday off, with optional days available due to call outs and leaves of absence.

About the role

Performs environmental services tasks in assigned areas of the Medical Center to provide a sanitary, orderly, and attractive environment. Successful performance contributes to a holistic approach to delivery of services, improved patient care, and a high level of satisfaction from patients, families, staff, and physicians.

Schedule

• Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Workdays: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Qualifications

• Ability to learn computer skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions, high volume urgency, and interactions with a wide variety of professionals and personalities
• Must be able to work independently and assume responsibility for job completion in a timely manner
• Recognize situations beyond knowledge and training and calls for assistance when needed

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
