Environmental Services Technician

Seeking a full-time, non-exempt individual responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common and non-residential areas of a retirement community. Tasks include routine and periodic cleaning such as floor care, upholstery, waste removal, window washing, and surface cleaning. Support may be needed for set-ups, move-in preparations, and assisting with furniture or appliance moves. Provides support during emergency situations like leaks, spills, or disasters, and may assist with grounds cleanup. Works on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Qualifications Ability to read, write, follow directions, and communicate effectively. 1-3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality. Valid driver’s license preferred. Key Skills Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and teamwork. Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and assist with emergency responses.
