Environmental Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and/or mopping floors
• Dusting furniture
• Cleaning walls, furniture, medical equipment
• Emptying trash
• Restocking supplies
• Cleaning bathrooms, exam rooms, waiting areas, etc.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of applicable OSHA practices and infection control procedures for healthcare
• Able to work independently and schedule cleaning activities to meet the needs of patients, staff, physicians, and the public
