About the role
As an Environmental Services Technician at Holiday Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces. You’ll interact with residents daily and feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day. Along with normal custodial work, you will also cover the Front Desk at various times when needed.
Schedule
- Full Time
- NOC Shift: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
- Wednesday – Saturday
Pay
$18.50 – $22.40 per hour, depending on experience.
About You
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.
- Ability to read and understand labels.

Although some knowledge and experience in housekeeping and/or custodial services is preferred, training is provided.
