About the role
Under direct supervision, the position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and quality within the healthcare facility in support of Essentia Health standards. Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas, managing linens, and distributing and collecting inventory.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service patient, public, clinical, and administrative areas
- Manage linens and inventory distribution
- Stock and collect items as needed
- Contact patients of varying ages during job responsibilities
Requirements
Essential functions include physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
