Environmental Services Technic

About the role

The Environmental Service Technician maintains environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures of Westfields Hospital & Clinic. The position performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain surgical suites, patient rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the facility. FTE: 0.8; 32 hours per week.

• Maintain cleanliness of other assigned areas
• Perform general cleaning tasks as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare cleaning experience
• Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST)
• Basic infection control practices

Schedule

Shifts Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm, will vary based on business needs; required to work every fifth weekend from 6am-2:30pm.
