Environmental Services Supervisor (Day Shift)

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff in processes and procedures.
• Assign personnel to teams and tasks.
• Accurately and timely keep records and document employee activities.
• Write Performance Improvement Actions (PIA's).
• Coach, counsel, and communicate with employees.
• Assure production meets efficiency, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Verify timesheets and timecards.
• Deal with coworkers using basic principles and confidentiality.
• Report unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Promote continuous process improvement and waste reduction.
