Environmental Services Manager

About the role

The Environmental Services Manager at Regency Hospitals, a division of Select Medical, oversees all work activities to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the facility. This role involves making inspections of all assigned areas, training new and existing employees, scheduling personnel, and participating in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all work activities of your department's personnel
• Make inspections of all assigned areas to ensure the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are met
• Train new and existing employees on new equipment, products, and cleaning methods
• Schedule Environmental Services personnel
• Participate in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience preferred
• Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred
