Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean rooms following all training policies to ensure areas, fixtures, and surfaces are cleaned daily or as assigned.
• Comply with infection control policies and procedures.
• Maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively with other departments, residents, families, and fellow staff members.
• Communicate problems encountered during daily routines to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Director.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate basic computational skills.
• Lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds as required.
• Perform duties related to housekeeping.

Requirements

• Basic computational skills.
• Able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.20 - $19.74 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
