Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2
In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage daily operations, guide team development, and help maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources; typically responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions.
- Achieve results through the work of others, influencing and negotiating with parts of the organization.
- Oversee business, functional, or operational areas, processes, or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Requirements
- Proven experience leading or supervising environmental services or custodial teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance within facilities operations.
- Excellent multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving operational goals.
- Clear, confident communication skills paired with strong attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency with custodial tools, processes, and operational systems to support team effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Management Experience: 0-3 years.
- Related Experience: 0-3 years.
Pay
$64,600 – $83,600 per year.
