Environmental Services Attendant

Maintaining Patient Environment

• Cleaning patient rooms, operating rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and ancillary spaces daily
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wall washing, scrubbing, bed making, trash disposal, and linen collection
• Demonstrating knowledge of infection control, isolation procedures, hazardous material handling, and proper operation of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Responding promptly to overhead pages, emergency situations, and hazardous conditions while ensuring environmental services carts and closets remain secure

Inventory Management

• Stocks and maintains cleaning carts with necessary paper products and cleaning solutions while traveling to assigned areas and supporting departmental operations as needed

Communication and Customer Service

• Communicates effectively in English
• Uses excellent customer service skills
• Interacts with patients

Pay Information

$13.90 - $22.24 per hour
