Environmental Services Associate I - Contingent - rotating shifts - New Center One

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Environmental Services Management Team, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and servicing of assigned work areas, care of assigned equipment, and economical and efficient use of all supplies. You will perform a variety of custodial duties to maintain a sanitary and orderly condition across multiple Henry Ford Health System locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas.
• Perform custodial duties to ensure orderly conditions.
• Care for and properly use assigned equipment and supplies.
• Interact directly with the patient population in a high-visibility role.
• Exhibit a consistently high level of customer service with a "Patients First" sensibility.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred.
