Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, and stock patient rooms, offices, and ancillary areas according to established procedures.
- Remove and dispose of linens and waste streams.
- Perform interim and restorative maintenance to hard floors, carpets, and upholstery according to procedures.
- Assemble, maintain, and store equipment/supplies necessary to complete tasks according to department standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity and coordination of services.
- Report general maintenance and specialized cleaning requirements in work area.
- Assist visitors and employees in navigating through the hospital to reach their destination.
- Fully function within one cleaning area.
- May be expected to work across department sites for coverage and business need.
Qualifications
- No experience required; full training and support provided.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Public service and/or customer service experience in a hotel, hospital, environmental services, or janitorial setting preferred.

- Shift: Day (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
- Weekly Scheduled Hours: 24
- Days Worked: Variable
- Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend
