About the role
The Environmental Services Aide I performs a variety of cleaning tasks in order to maintain a clean environment for patients, clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Maintains all floor surfaces.
- Performs repetitive cleaning operations throughout the work day under specific instructions with little need for individual judgment in working out job problems.
- Works with frequent contact with water and cleaning solutions.
- Moves furniture as required.
- Replaces shower curtains as needed.
- Collects soiled linen and disposes of same linen in laundry chute.
- Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

- Ability to follow instructions.
Pay
Minimum rate of $18.48 hourly. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting. The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may vary based on factors including labor market data, experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, budget, and grant funding. Full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions may be eligible for shift differentials, performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
