Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeping) - Full Time - Evening

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient's rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and other areas of the facility in a timely manner.
• Deliver linen and remove trash from assigned areas.
• Sweep and mop patient's rooms.
• Maintain adequate stock of materials, supplies, and chemicals on cleaning cart and in janitor's closet.
• Consistently perform daily floor care procedures.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and polished — carts, tanks, and buckets are emptied and rinsed at shift end.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned, according to hospital policies and procedures.
• Adhere to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Qualifications

• Previous Environmental Service or Housekeeping experience (preferred).
• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs (preferred).

Pay

Minimum rate of $17.55 hourly. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package. The base compensation may vary based on factors including labor market data, experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity, budget, and grant funding.
