Environmental Service Worker II

About the role

Department: Environmental Services. To provide an environment that is safe and sanitary throughout HVHS and support the Environmental Services mission statement of providing quality services the first time, every time.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write, and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years previous experience in a health care setting.
• Experience with floor maintenance, including scrubbing, waxing, and carpet extracting, operating and daily maintenance of housekeeping equipment (floor buffer, automatic floor machine) in a safe, efficient manner.

Schedule

Full-time Evening hours with weekend and holiday rotation
