Environmental Service Aide (PRN | As Needed)

About the Role

We're seeking an energetic and dependable PRN Day Shift Environmental Services Aide to maintain an exceptional environment for residents, guests, and team members. This role is more than housekeeping—it's about creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, offices, and community spaces
• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
• Perform housekeeping and environmental services duties with attention to detail
• Restock supplies and report maintenance concerns as necessary
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to a positive resident experience through exceptional service

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for serving others and creating outstanding environments
• Ability to read and speak English

Pay

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour (final compensation is based on demonstrated skills, experience, and qualifications)
