Environmental Senior Project Manager/LSRP

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up, design, and lead environmental efforts on project sites
• Oversee, mentor, and manage junior staff for specific project assignments, including environmental due diligence investigations and remedial activities
• Prepare and review comprehensive technical reports for regulatory agencies and project stakeholders
• Be the LSRP of Record for NJDEP regulatory cases
• Develop and manage project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications for environmental investigation and remediation projects
• Manage multiple projects and tasks within budgets, schedules, and deadlines
• Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and project personnel
• Maintain and broaden client contacts and relationships including pursuing business development opportunities with new, current, and prior clientele

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Site Investigations, multimedia sampling (soil, groundwater, soil gas, air, etc.), remedial investigations and actions, and underground storage tank closure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients and project teams
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
