About the role

Establish and maintain a robust environmental and safety culture across the organization. Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive environmental and safety policies, procedures, and programs with a focus on environmental functions including permitting, testing, air quality, and water management. Oversee environmental documentation and reporting activities to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities are split approximately 70% Environmental and 30% Safety, including hazardous materials handling.

Requirements

• Strong environmental management background with demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
