Responsibilities

  • Manage cumulative project total $400K annually and achieve profitability goals.
  • Develop $300K in new project work annually.
  • Write and review technical reports and proposals.
  • Provide Due Diligence technical guidance to junior personnel.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
  • Hire and manage subcontractors.
  • Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.
  • Ensure safe performance of project work.
  • Review Phase 1 reports and write Phase 2 proposals and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, and MCP report preparation under the direction of a Licensed Site Professional (LSP).
  • Technical writing and oversight experience.
  • Business development experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Previous experience mentoring and training junior staff members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/CRM.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
  • Previous experience with Ohio Voluntary Action Program, Kentucky Environmental Agency, and Indiana Environmental Agency is preferred.

Pay

Annual expected pay range: $90,000 USD - $150,000 USD.
