Join a growing environmental consulting firm with a strong backlog of work across NYC. Lead high-profile investigation and remediation efforts while building strong client relationships in a visible, client-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental investigation and remediation projects from start to finish, including Phase I/II ESAs and remedial design/implementation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning communication, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and review key regulatory submittals (RAWP, SMP, work plans, closure reports)
- Oversee field activities including soil, groundwater, and vapor investigations, as well as construction/remediation oversight
- Manage project financials (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing) to keep work on track and profitable
- Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and internal staff across multiple concurrent projects
- Support proposals and help drive continued growth of the practice
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a focus on remediation and site investigation
- Strong understanding of NYSDEC and NYC OER programs and regulatory processes
- Proven experience managing projects, clients, and budgets
- Hands-on technical experience (sampling, CAMP, construction oversight)
- Strong report writing skills across Phase I/II ESAs and remedial documents
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER; SST preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
