Responsibilities
- Support and lead subsurface investigation and remediation projects in Minnesota and Wisconsin, including proposal support, technical execution, reporting, and invoicing.
- Manage work related to due diligence, site investigation and characterization, remediation, and related environmental consulting services.
- Prepare clear, accurate technical reports by compiling, interpreting, and evaluating data against state and federal environmental standards.
- Partner with operations and client teams to support existing clients, build relationships, and grow services responsibly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, service partners, and contractors to deliver high-quality work and a strong client experience.
- Help strengthen a safety-first culture through proactive planning, quality review, and consistent field and project oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Soil Science, Geology, Engineering, Geography, or another applied science field.
- At least 15 years of environmental consulting experience that includes project management, client support, field work, data evaluation, technical writing, and QA/QC.
- Working knowledge of due diligence, site investigation, and remediation methods and workflows.
- Experience leading projects, supporting clients, and balancing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound scientific judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, plus the ability to pass a drug screen and motor vehicle background check.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality in both field and office settings.

Pay
$99,000 - $100,000 annual salary. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
