Advise clients on land use and environmental matters, handle large-scale public and private development projects, and support land use litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on land use and environmental matters
• Handle large-scale public and private development projects
• Counsel clients on land use entitlements and zoning issues
• Assist with regulatory permitting and environmental review processes
• Interpret and apply CEQA requirements
• Support land use litigation matters
• Manage multiple client matters simultaneously

Qualifications

• JD and licensed to practice in CA
• 10+ years of environmental/land use law experience
• Extensive knowledge of CEQA
• Strong understanding of California planning, zoning, and land use laws
• Experience with land use entitlements and regulatory permitting
• Land use litigation experience
