ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently performs environmental monitoring as written in NOW’s Microbiology Laboratory’s Standard Operating Procedure.
- Performs routine environmental monitoring of surfaces, water, and air.
- Performs visual inspection of production workstations for maintenance and sanitation work orders.
- Collections swab sample for ATP, Allergen, and Pathogen testing.
- Collections air and water samples for testing.
- Reports environmental monitoring results for trending.
- Communicates with other departments regarding corrective actions, out-of-specifications and out-of-trend results.
- Maintains soap and sanitizer concentration on all sanitation rooms.
- Complies with Safety and cGMP requirements.

Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent and six months experience working in a cGMP environment or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations required.
