About the role

Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program that provides comprehensive healthcare services and support to seniors living independently. The role involves working with seniors to maintain their homes while ensuring they receive necessary care.

Responsibilities

• Keeping floors, shower rooms, cupboards and beds clean and disinfected, with regular cleaning and repairs as needed
• Performing standard housekeeping duties such as cleaning bathrooms, laundry rooms, front desk, offices and therapy areas
• Maintaining clean, sanitary and odor-free member activity areas and clinical spaces
• Implementing a system to separate and clean soiled and contaminated linens

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• A positive, friendly attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• A passion to help others
• Experience in a health care environment preferred, but not required
• A driver's license is required
