Responsibilities and Duties

• Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms and property as assigned.
• Clean and maintain outside appearance and cleanliness of the property.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures and Maverick Cleaning and Sanitation guidelines.
• Sanitize, clean, polish, wax, dust and maintain all touchpoints including, woodwork, windows, elevator, wall fixtures, televisions, floors, and walls in all areas of the property continually, except the kitchen, throughout shift.
• Clean, sweep, and mop all stairwells, sidewalks, and gutters to maintain a positive first impression.
• Maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction and exemplary guest service.
• Clean team member locker and breakrooms including dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash, throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety procedures, including use of required safety equipment. Identify unsafe practices or conditions and inform supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment.
• Remove trash on a continuous basis throughout the property.
• Handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations and company requirements.
• Wear and maintain uniforms properly.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work independently and follow directions. Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.13 - $20.00 per hour.
