About the role

We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Tech to join a premier manufacturing client in Peachtree City, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow and evolve their career.

Responsibilities

  • Executing compliance tasks under CAER, GA-EPD, NDMR-GA, TRIME, and applicable state and local programs
  • Maintaining the environmental compliance calendar and coordinating permits
  • Submitting required regulatory reports and serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies and corporate EHS teams
  • Leading site environmental data management, internal reporting of performance indicators, audits, inspections, corrective actions, and environmental training
  • Overseeing site sustainability initiatives and reporting to support corporate objectives and customer expectations
  • Ensuring timely and accurate data capture, reporting, and project coordination for regulatory and sustainability commitments

Requirements

  • Previous experience or education in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to air emissions, hazardous waste, water discharges, chemical reporting, and stormwater management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with regulatory agencies and internal teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in compliance and sustainability efforts

Qualifications

Must have previous experience or education in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
