About the role
The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and oversight for all environmental, health, safety programs at the Lincoln manufacturing facility. This position develops and executes strategies that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, minimize operational risk, and promote a culture of safety excellence. The EHS Manager serves as a strategic business partner to site leadership by driving continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining programs that support injury prevention, environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and long-term business sustainability.
