Sales Representative

Adonel Concrete is seeking motivated sales individuals to join our team in Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Ideal candidates should have 10+ years of outside sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in the concrete industry, and excellent customer service skills.

• Promote and sell concrete and block products
• Negotiate effectively and provide outstanding customer service
• Manage time and work independently and with a team
• Build relationships and relate to others
• Drive with a clean record meeting company safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10 years of Outside Sales Experience in the construction industry, concrete industry preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Able to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team
• Able to build relationships and relate to others
• Valid Driver’s License with a driving record meeting company safety standards

Responsibilities

• Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers
• Identify and pursue prospective customers and projects
• Create and maintain customer accounts and projects
• Communicate effectively between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Aid in the collection of revenue, when necessary
