EHS Specialist
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as an EHS Specialist to support safety programs across multiple sites. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and promoting a strong safety culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Location: Raleigh, NC
- Travel: Periodic travel required (including Greensboro site)
- Schedule: Onsite

What You'll Do
- Support environmental, health, and safety programs across multiple locations
- Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and hazard assessments
- Lead and support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Manage PPE programs and ensure proper usage
- Track and report EHS metrics and performance
- Partner with leadership on safety initiatives and site reviews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Support continuous improvement efforts across EHS programs
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in EHS or safety roles
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with safety systems and reporting tools
