Environmental Health and Safety Manager - Manufacturing

About the role

Be the safety leader employees rally behind at a 150‑person plant and four satellite sites. This role offers full ownership of the EHS function, direct partnership with Corporate EHS, and minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS for a non‑union manufacturing plant, with annual visits to sites in PA, KS, AZ, and FL.
• Build safety culture and engagement through training, audits, and clear expectations.
• Roll out corporate programs, manage EHS metrics, and keep the site environmentally compliant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of plant‑level safety and environmental experience
• Technical bachelor's degree
• Safety training, auditing, and workers' comp experience
• Assertive, hands‑on leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

• ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 certification
• CSP or ASP certification

Pay

$95,000 to $110,000 per year
