About the role

The Environmental Field Leader is responsible for the frontline supervision, tactical deployment, and administrative oversight of field projects and personnel. This role blends hands-on management with strategic execution by planning and controlling daily jobsite activities, managing project profitability, ensuring strict regulatory adherence, and maximizing resource allocation. Ultimately, the leader ensures that all field operations are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget, while actively driving the professional development and mentorship of assigned field crews.
