Environmental and Geotechnical Driller

About the role

We are seeking an Environmental and Geotechnical Driller to join our growing team, working on projects throughout the greater Great Lake State Region.

Responsibilities

• Perform drilling operations including geotechnical and environmental drilling.
• Conduct duties primarily related to environmental projects such as monitor well installation, gas probe installations, in-situ injections, and some geotechnical projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in drilling operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Familiarity with Geoprobe 6600 and 7800 series track rigs is helpful.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
• Able and willing to travel overnight and perform field work (travel expenses covered).
• Must have a valid Driver License with an acceptable violation history, along with a CDL and Chauffeur’s endorsement.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Licensed as a driller in Michigan or other states is a plus but not required.
